San Antonio Vacation Homes was founded in 2022 with our “Sunrise and Smiles” property. Our ongoing mission is to help travelers create long lasting memories with friends and family without having to leave behind the comforts of home.

With our family roots in the Alamo City, we knew that San Antonio was the perfect destination to share with visitors. It’s laid-back culture, rich history, delicious food, and seemingly endless attractions make it easy to love. We have always known San Antonio to be a city of authenticity where fun and true adventure awaits just outside your door.

We have a family of 6 and know firsthand that finding the right place to stay can be challenging, especially when traveling with children and/or pets. A tremendous amount of love and care is put into each of our homes to make our guests experience a fun and safe getaway for all ages.

Together with the feedback from guests and our vision to build the best family friendly vacation homes in San Antonio, our inventory of homes is quickly growing and always evolving.
